Acknowledgements
As the lead engineer on these designs I would like to thank my father, who tolerated me in my youth. I learned much of what I know about engineering from disassembling tools and other mechanical devices belonging to him. I am sure he would agree that knowledge gained during the demise of his belongings was worth the price.I would also like to thank those who picked up the slack while I was preoccupied with engineering and design issues.
